Terms of use

Effective from:

These terms set out the rules for using seodlaai.pl and the services provided electronically, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

§ 1. Service provider

The website is owned and operated by DIVE ADS sp. z o.o. (limited liability company), registered office: ul. Augusta Emila Fieldorfa 1A/28, 60-461 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the KRS, under KRS number 0000924007, Tax ID (NIP) 7831843704, REGON 520032658, share capital PLN 5,000.00, e-mail: kacper.bartoszak@gmail.com (the “Provider”).

§ 2. Electronic services

Through the website the Provider offers the following services free of charge:

  1. access to content – information about services and blog articles,
  2. contact form – for sending a request and booking a free consultation.

The free consultation does not oblige you to sign any contract. Any paid AI search optimization services are provided under a separate, individually agreed contract.

§ 3. Technical requirements

To use the website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled (to send the form) and – for the form – an active e-mail address.

§ 4. Rules of use

  1. You may not submit unlawful content, including other people’s data without authorization.
  2. The website content (texts, graphics, layout) is protected by copyright. Copying it in whole or in part requires the Provider’s consent, except for permitted use, including quotation with attribution.
  3. Blog content is for information only and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of specific results.

§ 5. Conclusion and termination of the agreement

  1. The agreement for access to content is concluded when you open the website and terminates when you leave it.
  2. The agreement for using the form is concluded when you start filling it in and terminates when you send it or abandon it.

§ 6. Complaints

Complaints about how the website works can be sent to kacper.bartoszak@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will handle them within 14 days of receipt and reply to the e-mail address the complaint was sent from.

§ 7. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
  2. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. the assistance of a local consumer ombudsman.
  3. The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law). Changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.
