Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use seodlaai.pl, why we do it and what rights you have. We apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is DIVE ADS sp. z o.o. (limited liability company), registered office: ul. Augusta Emila Fieldorfa 1A/28, 60-461 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the KRS, under KRS number 0000924007, Tax ID (NIP) 7831843704, REGON 520032658, share capital PLN 5,000.00 (the “Controller”, “we”). 2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and website we can’t reply to a form request.

3. How long we keep data

  • Requests and correspondence – up to 12 months after our contact ends. If we sign a contract, we keep data for its duration and then for the limitation period for claims and as required by tax law.
  • Server logs – for a short period set by the hosting provider, no longer than needed for security.
  • In case of a dispute – until it ends and the limitation periods expire.

4. Who receives the data

We don’t sell data. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting and form handling,
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) – sending e-mail notifications about form requests,
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – e-mail (Gmail) where requests and messages are received.

Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled by law and to our legal and accounting advisers.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are based in the USA. We transfer data there only using the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR – an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can request a copy of these safeguards at the address above.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability – for data processed on the basis of a contract,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile you.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

  • The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not show ads.
  • If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) on your device only. It is not sent to us and you can delete it in your browser settings.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own server – your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or other third-party networks.
  • The website contains links to external services. Once you follow them, those services’ privacy policies apply.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when providers or laws change. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
